Ovogene (IVF Georgia) – a modern reproductive medicine clinic in the heart of Tbilisi, offering high-quality services in the field of assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
We are looking for a professional to join our team as the Chief Manager - Administrator .
Main responsibilities in the Reproductive Medicine Quality Service:
- Medical documentation compliance control: ensuring documentation compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health and other regulatory authorities.
- Statistical reporting: Formation and submission of data to relevant structures in accordance with legislation.
- Epidemiological monitoring: Collaboration with an epidemiologist to prevent and control infectious diseases.
- Recording and controlling employee working hours: managing staff schedules and maintaining labor discipline together with the Labor Safety Service.
- Familiarization with the regulations of the Ministry of Health: study and implementation of new orders and instructions.
We expect you to have:
- Experience in a managerial position in a similar field;
- Knowledge of English, Russian and Georgian languages;
- Ability to control and manage processes;
- Experience in personnel coordination;
- Ability to work accurately and responsibly with documentation.
