International Pharmaceutical Company is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Senior Medical Representative
About the Vacancy
Acti Group is recruiting dedicated, goal-oriented, and motivated professionals for a large international research and manufacturing pharmaceutical company. Successful candidates will represent the company in Georgia (Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Batumi).
Purpose
To ensure stable sales performance and continuous product availability within major pharmacy chains through effective client relationship management, implementation of commercial agreements, and professional promotion of the company’s product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s pharmaceutical products within the assigned territory.
- Build, maintain, and develop relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other partners, including distributors and pharmacy chains, through regular planning and execution of daily visits.
- Establish long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and develop and implement partnership development plans.
- Achieve sales targets in line with the company’s marketing strategy.
- Ensure product availability in pharmacy chains and monitor inventory levels.
- Monitor sales performance and conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Provide regular reporting to the direct manager.
- Strictly comply with the company’s internal policies and procedures.
Additional Responsibilities – Medical Activities
- Organize and conduct presentations, seminars, and other educational events.
- Ensure participation of the target audience in such events and monitor event quality.
- Adapt and prepare promotional materials and presentations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of sales targets.
- Product availability level within pharmacy chains.
- Number and growth of active clients.
- Quality of execution of promotional activities.
- Number of events conducted.
Candidate Requirements
- Higher education in Medicine or Pharmacy.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales (At least 2 years of experience in a Medical Representative or KAM).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Negotiation and effective business communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to manage processes.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Languages: Georgian – native; Russian – intermediate; English – intermediate (preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Personal vehicle and valid Category B driving license.
- Willingness to travel on short business trips.
