As the official distributor of Bioderma, one of the world’s leading dermo-cosmetic brands, we’re offering the opportunity to work with a purpose-driven company in a dynamic, collaborative environment. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical & Training Manager to lead our field medical team of 6–8 Medical Representatives and a Training Manager, focusing exclusively on visits to dermatologists, doctor-cosmetologists, pediatricians, and allergologists. This position reports directly to the Country Manager and plays a strategic role in driving prescription- based growth, leading scientific engagement, and ensuring the development of strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and coach a team of Medical Representatives, ensuring scientific excellence and effective field execution.
Plan and supervise regular HCP visits and presentations across the country to deliver compelling, evidence-based product information.
Drive prescription-based growth by setting clear KPIs, monitoring field performance,
analyzing visit outcomes, and optimizing team strategies to increase prescription frequency and brand recommendation among targeted HCPs.
Define and implement medical visit plans, routing, and segmentation strategies for efficient coverage.
Represent Bioderma in medical congresses, round tables, and launch events with high-quality scientific presentations.
Lead congress, symposium, and event management – including budgeting, logistics, sampling, and scientific content preparation.
Act as a scientific bridge between the medical field and commercial functions, ensuring accurate, compliant, and aligned messaging.
Design, manage, and deliver training programs for internal teams, field staff, and healthcare professionals. Assess training needs and measure the impact of training activities
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and prescribers to drive brand advocacy.
Requirements:
University degree in dermatology, medicine, pharmacy, or a relevant life science field.
Solid knowledge of the dermatology network in Georgia (essential)
Minimum 3 years of experience in medical or training management, preferably in dermo cosmetics, pharma, or OTC.
Strong communication and scientific presentation abilities
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
No travel restrictions, within Georgia (Batumi & Kutaisi) and internationally.
Comfortable with a dynamic field role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
